To provide an X-ray tomograph for directly and visually recognizing whether or not the region of interest is in a reconstitutable area.
The X-ray tomograph for gathering the data of a plurality of images whose photographing directions are different on a subject between an X-ray tube 20 and an X-ray detector 5, adding the data of the plurality of images on the basis of the depth of an arbitrarily specified cross section in a reconstitution part 63 and reconstituting the tomographic image data of the cross section comprises: an input part 66 for specifying a two-dimensional position relating to the same region of interest on two X-ray images whose photographing directions are different; a position calculation part 70 for calculating the three-dimensional position of the region of interest on the basis of the specified two-dimensional position of the region of interest; a reconstitutable range calculation part 71 for calculating the reconstitutable range of the tomographic image data on the basis of the plurality of photographing directions; and a display processor 68 for constructing an image including a frame indicating the reconstitutable range two-dimensionally including a depth direction together with a mark indicating the position of the region of interest.
