PURPOSE: To reduce the fatigue of an operator, by connecting a TV camera to watch the body to check to a TV camera control unit, aud inputting a watching image signal to the control unit through a converter, when the X-ray fluoroscopy is not operated.

CONSTITUTION: A watching camera 24 to watch the body to check is added to a conventional X-ray TV system, and the output image signal of the camera is input to a camera control unit 20. By determining either the image signal from an image pickup tube 18, or the image signal from the watching camera 24 is shown on a TV monitor as a video signal through converting a fluoroscopy/watching signal, the X-ray fluoroscopic image and the watching image of the body to check can be shown alternatively on one TV monitor 22.
