The actual results of work in each work process including an inlet gate process, a yard process, and an outlet gate process are tabulated depending on type 102 of cargo handling work by utilizing the time information composed of start date ta of entrance acceptance work, end time tb of entrance acceptance work, end time tc of cargo handling work, start time td of leaving acceptance work, and end time te of leaving acceptance work and a log file 100 constituted by the lane number 101 of an inlet gate, type 102 of cargo handling work, the container number 103, the placard number 104, the truck number 105, the lane number 106 of an outlet gate or the like.
