Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel yarn-containing paper sheet which is a smooth and flat yarn-containing paper sheet, in which yarn's function as a reinforcement material for whole paper sheet is not main purpose, and if moisture is applied to the paper sheet, the paper sheet deforms into a shape along the reinforcement yarn by the moisture, and after dry of the paper sheet, the deformed shape can be retained, therefore capable of being used as a packaging sheet or the like widely.SOLUTION: A reinforcement yarn 13 is disposed between upper and lower paper sheets 11, 12, and they are adhered by an adhesive agent 14, thereby a yarn-containing paper sheet 10 is formed. The upper and lower paper sheets 11, 12 are made of same material and have performance quality. As the reinforcement yarn 13, a water soluble fiber yarn is used. As the adhesive agent 14, an ethylene-vinyl acetate resin adhesive material is used. The sheet 10 is a smooth and flat yarn-containing paper sheet.
