Abstract:
PURPOSE: To selectively form a final upper winding part composed of a plurality of almost parallel yarn windings on the outer peripheral surface of a yarn winding body at the time of ending a winding process.
CONSTITUTION: A yarn lifter 42 is movable between positions installed below and above a triangle traverse motion surface and is provided with a yarn catcher 46. The yarn catcher 46 catches the yarn when the yarn lifter 42 moves to the position installed above the triangle traverse motion surface and guides the caught yarn to a cutting edge 50a in an almost vertical direction for the purpose of cutting when the yarn lifter 42 is moved to the position installed below the triangle traverse motion surface.
