To provide a yarn doubling machine for doubling several single yarn Y, drawn from several yarn supply packages, to form a multiple wound yarn Y and for winding up the multiple wound yarn Y in a winding part, while traversing it, to form a wound package of the multiple wound yarn Y.
The yarn doubling machine Ma doubles yarns y drawn from at least two yarn supply packages SP1 and SP2 in the yarn supply part S, and winds up it in the winding part W, while traversing the double wound yarn Y, to form a wound package. A yarn passage means 3 is provided in the shaft center part 2 of, at least, the first yarn supply package SP1 to pass through the shaft center part, and the single yarn y drawn from, at least, the second yarn supply package SP2 is passed inside the yarn passage means, and guided to the yarn doubling point P1, and the double wound yarn Y is thereby formed in the yarn doubling point.
