Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a yarn end capture device that can reliably fix a yarn end and that has a yarn capture assisting part excellent in durability.SOLUTION: A yarn capture assisting part 54, which is provided at a tip part 52b of an angle guide 52 of a suction mouth to fix a yarn end, includes a metallic coating 55 having a base layer 55a and a plurality of protrusions 55b protruding from the base layer 55a. The metallic coating 55 is formed by solidification of a metallic material with fluidity, which is jetted to a surface of the angle guide 52.
