Title:
YARN FEEDER OF WEAVING OR KNITTING MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3460079
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize a frictional force affecting a disk and a fed yarn in a process for feeding yarn to a yarn-feeding reel.
SOLUTION: This yarn feeder of a weaving or knitting machine is obtained by disposing a rotation shaft 503 on the upper side of a holder main body 50, a rotation pulley 500 on the rotation shaft 503, and a yarn-feeding reel 501 on the lower side of the holder main body 50, and is used for winding the feeding yarn on many metal bars 501a disposed between the upper and lower flanges 505, 507 of the yarn-feeding reel 501 several times and subsequently continuously letting off the yarn toward the side of the a let-off ring 504. Therein, the yarn feeder is provided with a driving section 20 having a space 140 therein and comprising a lid 10 covering a part of the holder main body 50, the first pulley 210 capable of being rotated by the power of the rotation shaft 503 built in the holder main body 50 and the second pulley 220 to which the power of the first pulley 210 is transmitted, and with a disk section 30 disposed under the holder main body 50 and comprising a disk 310 built on the secondary pulley shaft 222 and having many idle disks 300 thereon.
