The cylinder is driven to tilt the wagon. The transport conveyor conveys the yarn feeding bobbins supplied from the wagon tilted by the cylinder. The bobbin sensor confirms whether the amount of the yarn feeding bobbins supplied to the transport conveyor meets a predetermined supply amount or not. The loading control part controls the cylinder. The loading control part tilts the wagon a predetermined tilt amount by driving the cylinder, keeps the wagon stationary for a predetermined stationary time, and confirms by the bobbin sensor whether the amount of the yarn feeding bobbins at the conveying part meets the predetermined supply amount or not. When the amount of the yarn feeding bobbins does not meet the predetermined supply amount, the loading control part drives the cylinder to controllably further tilt the wagon.
