Abstract:
To provide a yarn feeding device of a flat knitting machine, which can eliminate twist of a rail support base by alleviating at least bias of tensile force generated by a timing belt of a self-traveling yarn feeding device coexist with a coupling type yarn feeding device.SOLUTION: Self-traveling yarn feeders 31a, 31b are unevenly distributed on a front side in a front-back direction. Even when tensile forces generated by timing belts 18a, 18b are applied on a yarn guide rail 21 on the front side, a connection member 40 is disposed on a back side. The connection member 40 connects between rail support bases 11, 12 on both sides in a knitting width direction and can generate tensile force balanced with the tensile forces that are generated by the timing belts 18a, 18b and applied on a track for self-traveling so as to be capable of eliminating twist of the rail support bases 11, 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
