To provide a yarn feeding device capable of preventing the accumulation of fluff or the like in a peripheral wall part and a driving wheel suitable for giving a rotary movement to a supply drum.

A yarn feeding device comprises a casing, a feeding drum rotatably attached thereto, a driving wheel for rotating the feeding drum and a driving belt for driving the driving wheel provided with a peripheral wall part against which the driving belt abuts. The peripheral wall part of the driving wheel 6 has at least one cleaning groove 29 in the circumferential direction throughout all the periphery of its surface. One end side of at least one scraper 30 having the other end side attached to the casing 1 is designed to enter the cleaning groove 29 in a part of the peripheral wall part on which the driving belt 7 does not abut.
