Abstract:
To eliminate or suppress fuzz during weaving processing of filament yarn.SOLUTION: An inspection device (100) of a filament yarn (X) is provided. The inspection device (100) includes irradiating means (10) to irradiate an inspection light to the filament yarn (X), measurement means (20) to measure shade and background brightness level of the filament yarn (X) with an area sensor, image processing means (30) to obtain image information based on information obtained from the area sensor, and determination means (40) to determine type and frequency of an error from the image information and determine an inspection result of the filament yarn (X) on the basis of a threshold corresponding to the error.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
