To provide a yarn length measuring and storing device capable of safely and accurately measuring yarn length and storing regardless of types of the yarn and securely feeding the yarn without damaging it regardless of types of the yarn when pulling out the yarn.

This yarn length measuring and storing device is provided with a yarn storing part 2 having at least a pair of endless belts 20 rotated in the yarn advancing direction and a yarn guiding guide 10 rotated in the circumference of the endless belts 20. While the yarn of predetermined length is wound and stored in the yarn storing part 2 and at the same time the endless belts 20 are advanced, the yarn is fed forwardly.
