To provide a manufacturing method for a fiber yarn guide blade of a yarn take-up blade traversing device, realizing a stable reeling state over a long period of time by applying high-hardness and low-friction evaporation film, which is good for an additive material of high-hardness metals to be added to molten polymer and good for conditions that although the take-up condition is a high speed, the tension is high, and lengthening the life by applying high-hardness evaporation film to remarkably improve the wear resistance, and a reeling method using the traversing device.
In this blade traversing device for taking up the synthetic fiber yarn, the surface of the yarn guide blade is formed of the evaporation film, and the coating hardness (ordinary temperature HV) of the evaporation film ranges from 1500 to 6000.
