Title:
YARN TENSION GIVING DEVICE FOR TEXTILE MACHINERY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH02178176
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make yarn extractable with desired unvariable tension by having the yarn released out of a bobbin supported free of rotation passed through both internal and external sides of each of rods annularly arranged in parallel with a bobbin spindle, and taking it out of a yarn guide.

CONSTITUTION: In order to wind yarn 22 released out of a bobbin on the circumference of a bobbin 12 supported free of rotation, a number of friction rods 23 in parallel with a rotation axis of the said bobbin are annularly arranged and set up, and a yarn guide 24 taking out the yarn is installed at one end side of the friction rods. The yarn released out of the bobbin is bypassed at the outside of at least one friction rod, and properly passed through both internal and external sides of these plural numbers of friction rods according to requisite tension. If doing like this, if a drawing position of the yarn on the bobbin is moved in the axial direction of the bobbin, a variation of frictional force in each friction rod is almost nothing, so that the yarn can be taken out with constant tension.
