To provide a simple unreeling device capable of smoothly unreeling without causing trouble leading to the deterioration in a yarn quality in unreeling even to yarn having low strength and relatively high ductility such as elastomer, when unreeling the yarn wound on a collared bobbin in the bobbin axis direction.
This device is provided for unreeling the yarn wound on the collared bobbin. The yarn unreeling device with an unreeling arm is characterized in that the device is composed of a part to be fixed to a bobbin core pipe and a part attached with the unreeling arm, and the unreeling arm curves by force of pullout tension of the yarn, and a yarn guiding guide existing in an end part of the unreeling arm unreels the bobbin-wound yarn while revolving around a side surface of the bobbin.
