A rotating speed T of the package driving motor 41 is adjusted so that a rotating speed T of a traverse guide driving motor 45 becomes a limit rotating speed Tmax or less by a limit rotating speed reference control means 83 until a winding bobbin diameter D becomes a predetermined limit diameter Dend. After the winding bobbin diameter D reaches the limit diameter Dend, a rotating speed B of the package driving motor 41 is adjusted so that a yarn winding speed WS becomes a request yarn winding speed WSd by a yarn winding speed reference control means 85.
