Abstract:
To provide a yarn winder capable of easily passing a yarn by making a contact roller retreat from a traverse device before passing the yarn.
The yarn winder 1 descends a contact roller 14 to the retreated position. A guide member 30 is turned to a yarn passage side around a shaft member 31 at the position inclined by the predetermined angle from the horizontal direction. A plurality of yarns Y are fed to a winder body 10 from godet rollers 18, 19, and a yarn Y is passed between the contact roller 14 and a traverse guide 21. The contact roller 14 is ascended to the position of approach and the yarn Y is stretched to the traverse guide 21.
