Abstract:
To provide a yarn winder capable of effectively suppressing variation in tension caused by reciprocation of a traverse guide.SOLUTION: A rewinder 1 has a traverse device 23 having a traverse guide 33 for traversing a running yarn Y in the axial direction of a winding bobbin Bw, a tension imparting part (a winding part 13 and a yarn feeding part 14) for imparting tension to a yarn Y taken up on the winding bobbin Bw, and a control device 15. The control device 15 comprises a prediction information acquisition unit (traverse control unit 53) for acquiring prediction information regarding at least one of a prediction position and prediction speed of the traverse guide 33 in future, and a tension adjustment unit (roller control unit 54) for controlling the yarn feeding part 14 on the basis of adjustment information (rotation speed information) relating to adjustment of the tension. The roller control unit 54 acquires rotation speed adjustment information corresponding to time t1 in association with prediction information corresponding to time t2 after a prescribed time dt from the time t1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
