To eliminate a beating phenomenon so as to prevent breakage of thread in a yarn twisting process and so as to prevent loss in time and material due to the breakage of yarn in winding by moving a bobbin freely in the lateral direction and in the vertical direction in compliance of eccentricity and jumping contact of the bobbin.

The subject mechanism is constructed of a friction roller 21 which is passed between side plates 10a, 10b of a frame body 12 so as to be supported rotationally, an arm member 25 in which arms 24 are supported opposedly to each other at an interval, into which a bobbin 23 can be inserted, with the base parts of the arms 24 arranged rotationally in a shaft 22 supported parallelly to the friction roller 21, and bobbin receivers 27, which are supported on the inside faces in the tip parts of the arms 24 freely rotationally and provided with eccentric grooves 27a. Therefore, the winding face of the bobbin 23 is brought into contact with the surface of the friction roller 21 and the bobbin 23 can be freely moved in the lateral/vertical direction when the bobbin 23 is inserted in the eccentric grooves 27a in the bobbin receivers 27.
