Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a yarn winding device capable of winding yarn in a state of applying a desired tension of various tensions.SOLUTION: In a raw yarn supply section 4, long yarn is stored around a shaft 6 so that the yarn can be delivered, and the shaft 6 is rotated by a motor 10. A motor 46 of a winding section 40 rotates a spool 48 at a predetermined spool rotation speed around the shaft 42 so that the yarn from the raw yarn supply section 4 is wound at a substantially right angle to the shaft 42 of the spool 48. A control section 56 controls the speed of the motor 10 to be slower than the motor 46 so that the tension detected by a tension detector 20 after a slide mechanism 26 moves the yarn from the raw yarn supply section 4 at a constant speed along the shaft 42 direction is a selected one of a predetermined plurality of tensions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
