Abstract:
To provide a yarn winding machine capable of determining that a package has abutted a touch roller.SOLUTION: A winder unit 10 forms a cone type package 30 by winding a yarn 20 on a cone type winding bobbin 22. The winder unit 10 comprises: a cradle 23 for supporting the bobbin 22 by a first bobbin-holding part B1; a package driving motor 41 for rotating the winding bobbin 22 by rotating the first bobbin-holding part B1; a touch roller 29 which is rotated in a driven manner by being brought into contact with an outer peripheral surface of the package 30; a package peripheral-speed acquisition part 51 for acquiring a large diameter side package peripheral-speed and a small diameter side package peripheral-speed of the package 30; a touch roller peripheral-speed acquisition part 52 for acquiring a touch roller peripheral-speed; and a touch determination part 53 for determining that the package 30 has abutted the touch roller 29 when the touch roller peripheral-speed is equal to or more than the small diameter side package peripheral-speed and equal to or less than the large diameter side package peripheral-speed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
