They advance after forming the lower yarn passage R2 by the suction mouth 18, come into contact with a yarn passage R until the winding part 12 after joining yarns reaches predetermined winding speed to give tensile force for suppressing kinky thread, and retract after the winding part 12 reaches the predetermined winding speed.
