Abstract:
To provide a yarn winding machine having shifter units each of which is divided into individual units so that a yarn can be detached and shifted quickly and the yarn winding machine can cope flexibly with even changes in the number of bobbins.
The yarn winding machine has a plurality of shifter units 8 for detaching a plurality of yarns Y from a plurality of traverse units and shifting each of the detached yarns to the outside of a traversable range of the corresponding traverse unit when the yarn Y is transferred from a fully-wound package to an empty bobbin. Each of the plurality of shifter units 8 can be divided into individual units.
