Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constitution which suppresses the tension variation of yarn wound into a package in a yarn winding machine including a yarn storage device.SOLUTION: A yarn supplying section 5 supplies spun yarn 10. A winding section 26 winds the spun yarn 10 supplied from the yarn supplying section 5 into a package 50 while traversing. A yarn storage device 22 stores the spun yarn 10 between the yarn supplying section 5 and the winding section 26. A storage amount monitoring unit 33 acquires the storage amount of the spun yarn 10 in the yarn storage device 22, in the analog quantity. A unit controller 12 performs a storage amount control for adjusting the exit velocity which is the traveling speed of the spun yarn exiting from the yarn storage device 22 such that the storage amount becomes a target value.
