To provide a surface-magnet and internal-magnet soft magnetic yoke integrated bond magnet rotor and its manufacturing method, capable of avoiding cracks by reducing remaining stress next to a joint surface, which is caused by a gap of spring-back amount of powders whose materials differ from each other, and attaining high safety in rigidity for use for high speed rotation, even when the shape of the bond magnet and a soft magnet yoke become complicated and the thickness becomes thinner.
This iron yoke integrated bond magnet is integrally compressively formed in such a state that magnet powder including bonding agent and atomize iron powder including bonding agent are engaged at a joint surface 110 formed by bringing into contact with each other. A reference amount of iron yoke is increased by 1-20 mass% when the thickness in a pressurized direction is unified by compressively-forming the iron yoke portion 2 and the bond magnet 1, respectively.
