Title:
YOKE FOR MULTIPOLAR MAGNETIZATION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3664271
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To conduct magnetization sufficiently and uniformly even for a rare- earth magnet of high performance.
CONSTITUTION: In a yoke 41 for multipolar magnetization, the main body 10 of the yoke is constituted of an iron alloy containing 25-60wt.% Co and ring- shaped magnets are disposed concentrically inside a hole part of the main body. A plurality of fitting grooves 4 are formed in parallel in the axial direction of the yoke 41, inside the thole part. Each fitting groove 4 has a first groove part 4a and a second groove part 4b joined to each other by a joining groove part 4c in the cross section thereof, and coil wire rods 15 and 25 for excitation are fitted to the first groove part 4a and the second groove part 4b of each of fitting grooves 4 juxtaposed adjacently, in a sequential and alternate manner, being folded back at the opposite end faces of the yoke 41 alternately.
