Abstract:

To provide a Zener diode circuit whose Zener voltage does not vary in spite of the temperature variation of Zener diodes.

A diode array 6 is constituted by connecting a Zener diode 3 which has a negative Zener voltage temperature coefficient γ2 and a Zener diode 5 which has a positive Zener voltage temperature coefficient 3g3 in series. The Zener diodes 3 and 5 are so selected that the sum of the Zener voltages V2 and V3 of the Zener diodes 3 and 5 is equal to a desired output voltage Vout and the sum of the Zener voltage temperature coefficients γ2 and γ3 of the Zener diodes 3 and 5 is zero.
