Abstract:
To provide an AFX type zeolite membrane.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a zeolite membrane composite includes: a process of acquiring an FAU type seed crystal (a step S11); a process of depositing the FAU type seed crystal on a support body (a step S13); a process of forming an AFX type zeolite membrane on the support body by immersing the support body in a raw material solution and growing AFX type zeolite from the FAU type seed crystal by hydrothermal synthesis (a step S14); and a process of removing a structure directing agent from the AFX type zeolite membrane (a step S15). Thereby, the AFX type zeolite membrane having a fine and uniform thickness can be provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
