Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the similar results as those when zero point adjustment is performed by stopping the flow of fluid when a casual accident or the like makes stopping of fluid infeasible, by beforehand shorting the input side of a signal converting part and measuring a reference in-phase noise quantity at the time of periodic inspection or the like.
