Title:
ZERO POINT ERROR CORRECTION METHOD FOR TORQUE SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2803965
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To allow zero point detection of a torque sensor while detecting the significant fluctuation thereof positively.
CONSTITUTION: Torque measurement is started at a predetermined period and a torque signal is measured at a predetermined time interval after start of measurement. When all of a predetermined number of measured torque signal values Vtorque (t) exceed a first set value (b) in the absolute value, the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value for the predetermined number of torque signal values is lower than a second set value, and all of the predetermined number of torque signal values are lower in the absolute value than a third set value (d) which is larger than the first set value (b), the average value of the predetermined number of torque signal values is set as a new zero point.
