Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a device capable of momentarily changing phase relation to that of an input data. CONSTITUTION: In a digital data transmission system which sends a digital data stream in sequence between a 1st unit 21 and a 2nd unit 31 connected to 1st and 2nd buses 32 and 32', the 1st and 2nd units 21 and 31 and 1st and 2nd devices 60 and 30 have their own clock circuits. An encoder 63 outputs sequential digital data stream in an expected format to a transmission medium during a pause period of the 1st bus 32. The phase relation between sequential data, outputted in the beginning of transmission between the stop period and a transmission period and the sequential digital data stream, is established by a single-bit time. A decoder 62 decodes the sequential digital data stream, inputted from the transmission medium and decides the bit value of information. A transmitter receiver 6 couples signals between the 1st bus 32 and the device 60.
