Abstract:
PURPOSE: To efficiently perform zigzag stacking with simple and inexpensive constitution by arranging a stage stacking frame to travel along a rail by being supported with a swinging arm, and stacking a section or the like in stages in a zigzag shape by laterally swinging the rail.
CONSTITUTION: First of all, a section 2 or the like is carried in a temporarily receiving part 1, and is layered in a small bundle shape on a temporarily receiving plate 6. Next, the section 2 or the like falls on a raising-lowering piece 24 as the temporarily receiving plate 6 retreats, and is loaded on a turnable 21 according to a descent of the raising-lowering piece 24. In succession, the section 2 or the like is transferred to a stage stacking part 10 according to rotational displacement of the turnable 21, and is supplied to a stage stacking carrying device 35. In this case, the stage stacking carrying device 35 is laterally displaced while supporting a stage stacking frame 36 with a swinging arm 42 according to lateral swinging of a swinging rail 57. Respective sections 2 or the like respectively supported on both left and right sides are stacked in stages in a laterally dislocated condition, that is, in a zigzag shape.
