To provide a zinc recovery device which can efficiently recover zinc from zinc-containing ash.

The zinc recovery device 5A by which zinc is recovered from zinc-containing flying ash, is provided with: a melting-reducing tank 19 storing flying ash, so as to be heated and vaporizing at least zinc among metals contained in the flying ash in a reducing atmosphere; and a splash condenser 23 and a zinc cooling unit 25 recovering the zinc vaporized in the melting-reducing tank 19. In the zinc recovery device 5A, since, of the metals contained in the flying ash, at least zinc is vaporized, and the vaporized zinc is recovered by the splash condenser 23 and the zinc cooling unit 25, the intrusion of impurities is reduced, and zinc is efficiently recovered in a state suitable for reutilization.
