Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a zinc treating device having a continuous treating type heating furnace easy for construction and excellent in heat efficiency and capable of recovering the zinc without exhibiting a corrosive property.
CONSTITUTION: A closed type induction heating furnace 4 which charges a material from upward and discharges gradually from downward, a vacuum pump for evacuating the inside of this heating furnace 4, cooled zinc plates 9 and 11 provided in a route between the heating furnace and the vacuum pump for allowing a vacuum air stream to collide with these and cyclones 8 and 10 as a dust capturing means provided at the same route are combined.
