Abstract:
To provide a zirconia member for heat treatment by which the improvement in durability and corrosion resistance is made possible and to provide a method for manufacturing the same.
The sintered zirconia compact (a) is mainly composed of cubic system zirconia, (b) contains at least one stabilizer selected from the group consisting of Y2O3 and CaO at 6 to 20 mol% zirconia as a stabilizer, (c) is specified in the content of SiO2 to ≤0.2 wt%, (d) is specified in porosity to ≤2% and (e) is specified in average crystal grain size to 8 to 30 μm.
