PURPOSE: To suppress reaction with a material to be burnt during burning of the material to be burnt, to subdue deterioration of a setter by itself and to prolong a life of the setter.

CONSTITUTION: Stabilized zirconia raw material powder is blended with one or more kinds of stabilizers having ≥150 micron particle size or a salt such as carbonate or sulfate of the stabilizer and molded and the molded article is burnt to give a zirconia refractory setter.
