Abstract:
To provide a zirconium based alloy simultaneously satisfying both of corrosion resistance and hydrogen absorbing resistance, and a method for producing the same.
When the mass percent concentration of niobium is denoted as CNb, the mass percent concentration of iron is denoted as CFe and the mass percent concentration of lanthanum is denoted, by mass, as CLa, 0.9(%)≤CNb≤1.0(%), 0.06(%)≤CFe≤0.11(%) and 0.10(%)≤CLa≤0.30(%) are satisfied.
