To provide a zone cooling device and a panel body used in the same capable of easily inexpensively configurating a low-temperature zone at any place such as wholesale markets handling foods such as marine products, and vegetables and fruits, a pool or an open space to keep the freshness of foods such as marine products and vegetables and fruits, easily configurating a skating rink, and further having high heat efficiency.
This zone cooling device is composed of a cooling means 15 for cooling a cooling medium, piping 6 for cooling laid on a floor surface, connected with the cooling means 15 and distributing and receiving the cooling medium, and the panel body 1 having a retaining mechanism for press-fitting the piping 6 for cooling from an opening of a small diameter to retain the same to connect them to each other in a manner of freely being assembled, and disposed on the floor surface.
