PURPOSE: To facilitate a formation of a zone enclosed by a film-like injection flow and enable an efficient adjustment of inner fluid to be attained by a method wherein a fluid adjusting device is comprised of a guide member having an inclined guide surface slanted from its central part to its outer circumferential edge and a fluid adjusting means for injecting fluid toward a guide surface.
CONSTITUTION: A guide member 1 has a cone-like guide surface la extending toward a fixed surface while being inclined in a radial manner so as to descend from its central part toward an outer circumferential edge. A plurality of adjusted diffusers 47 are spaced apart along a circumferential direction at a top part of a casing 41. An injection flow C discharged from the adjusted diffusers 47 strikes against a guide surface la and flows downwardly while being dispersed toward the outer circumference 1c along the guide surface la. The air becomes an annular air curtain blown from an entire circumference of the outer circumferential edge 1c of the guide member 1 toward a downward lower part. Subsequently, the air becomes gradually flowing toward a lower side. The air strikes against the fixed surface 3 and is directed toward the outside part of a zone 9 along the fixed surface 3. The zone enclosed by the film- like injection flow is formed between the guide member 1 and the fixed wall. Fluid in the zone 9 is sucked by a fluid adjusting means 4 and adjusted.
