Abstract:
To obtain an optical system giving a wide angle of view and high optical performance.SOLUTION: The optical system includes a plurality of lens groups and an aperture stop, in which an interval between adjoining lens groups varies. The plurality of lens groups includes, successively disposed from an object side to an image side, a first lens group having a negative refractive power, a second lens group having a positive refractive power, and a third lens group having a positive refractive power, and a synthesized refractive power on the object side of the aperture stop is negative, while a synthesized refractive power on the image side of the aperture stop is positive. The first lens group has three negative lenses sequentially and continuously disposed from the side closest to the object to the image side; the first lens group has a meniscus negative lens g1 disposed on the side closest to the object; and an object side surface of the lens disposed closest to the object in the first lens group is aspheric. A focal distance fw of the whole system at a wide angle end, a focal distance fg1 of the negative lens g1, and a radius of curvature R2 of the lens surface on the image side of the negative lens g1 are appropriately set.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
