Abstract:
To provide a zoom lens which is wide-angle and compact as a whole, and yet offers small aberration variation while focusing and high optical performance over an entire object distance range and is capable of easily providing rapid focusing.SOLUTION: A zoom lens consists of a first lens group having negative refractive power, a second lens group having positive refractive power, and a rear group comprising one or more lens groups arranged in order from the object side to the image side, and is configured such that distances between adjacent lens groups change while zooming. The rear group comprises a lens group Ln with negative refractive power disposed on the most image side, and a lens group Lp with positive refractive power disposed next to the lens group Ln on the object side. The lens group Lp comprises one or more lens elements, of which one lens element LF is moved along an optical axis to adjust focus. A curvature radius R1f of an object-side surface of the lens element LF and a curvature radius R2f of an image-side surface of the lens element LF are each set appropriately.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
