In this case, the 1st lens group G1 includes a focusing lens group G1N whose refractive power is negative, and the final lens group GL includes a vibration proof lens group Gv, and the focusing lens group G1N is moved in an optical axis direction at focusing, at least the 2nd lens group G2is moved in the optical axis direction at varying a power, and the vibration proof lens group Gv is moved in a direction nearly orthogonal to the optical axis at preventing the vibration.
