Abstract:
To provide an absorbent article excellent in shape stability and shape restoration property of a bulge part.SOLUTION: An absorbent article comprises: a stretchable sheet 51 which is included in both sides of a width direction WD of at least a crotch part C2, and can be elastically stretched in the width direction WD; an upper layer part 50 being provided on a front side relative to the stretchable sheet 51 and including an upper absorber 23A; and a lower layer part 52 being provided on a rear side of the stretchable sheet 51 and including a lower absorber 23B. The upper layer part 50 comprises: bulge parts 53 which are provided on both sides of at least the crotch part C2 in the width direction WD, and swollen to the front side. The stretchable sheet 51 has first parts overlapped to the bulge part 53, and a second part adjacent to both sides of the first parts in the width direction WD. The upper layer part 50 has: junction parts 50b jointed to the second part of the stretchable sheet 51; and a non-junction part 50a which is provided between the junction parts 50b and not jointed to the first parts of the stretchable sheet 51. The bulge parts 53 are configured so that the junction parts 50b are made come close to each other in the width direction WD by elastic shrinkage of the stretchable sheet 51.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
