Abstract:
This absorbent article has a longitudinal direction, width direction, and thickness direction orthogonal to one another, and includes an absorber, a front surface sheet provided more toward a skin-side in the thickness direction than the absorber, and a rear surface sheet provided more toward a non-skin side in the thickness direction than the absorber. The front surface sheet includes a woven or knitted fabric in which multiple threads cross one another when viewed in the thickness direction, each of the multiple threads includes a crossing part where the threads cross one another and a non-crossing part where the threads do not cross one another, and an end edge of the absorbent article in the longitudinal direction has the non-crossing parts of the multiple threads.
