Abstract:
To provide an absorbent article capable of reducing discomfort caused by an odor of excrement while it is worn.SOLUTION: An absorbent article of one embodiment of the present invention comprises a liquid permeable top surface sheet, a rear surface sheet and an absorber that has an absorbent core and is arranged between the top surface sheet and the rear surface sheet, and has a vertical direction that corresponds to a wearer's cross direction, and a lateral direction that intersects the vertical direction. The absorbent article has a flavoring agent arrangement region where a flavoring agent is arranged, in the absorber. The absorber has a compression region which extends to at least one of the front end edge and rear end edge of the absorbent core and is compressed in the thickness direction. The flavoring agent arrangement region and the compression region are arranged to partially overlap with each other in a plan view from the thickness direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
