CONSTITUTION: A first optical assembly is composed of a linear polarizer 70 and a modulating beam path 29' provided between an output and a coating 26, a fixed writing assembly incorporates a mirror 58 and a movable writing assembly incorporates a divergent lens 66, a movable mirror 60 and an objective lens 52. The beam 29' forms an image on a writing spot on an optical response film, interacts with the coating 26 and forms a mark. A second optical path for a beam 150 is composed between a reading laser 152 and a recording carrier 10 for information storage and a reading spot 157 is formed by means of a divergent lens 174, a polarization changing means 172 and a fixed mirror 202. An-intensity modulated reflection beam 150' is frequency modulated by an optical sensing circuit 158 and is made to be a good signal.
