Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage device adaptable to curving, bending and twisting.SOLUTION: At least one principal surface of a flexible substrate is provided with a conductive wire extending in a predetermined direction, a first battery group having plural solid batteries arranged in the predetermined direction, and a second battery group having plural solid batteries which are arranged in the predetermined direction and connected to one another in parallel. The solid batteries of the first battery group and the solid batteries of the second battery group are arranged at different positions when viewed in any direction of the predetermined direction and the vertical direction which is orthogonal to the predetermined direction. The first battery group and the second battery group are connected to each other in series by arranging terminals having different polarities on the conductive wire. According to a power storage device, the solid batteries are disposed in a staggered arrangement on a substrate having flexibility. Therefore, there can be provided a power storage device and a power storage unit that are adaptable to curving, bending and twisting and have large capacity.
