Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten communication delay.SOLUTION: A DHCP server 30a measures a time (response time) from transmitting a message to a VM 40b to receiving a response message, and transfers transfer information in which the measured response time and network setting information on the DHCP server 30a are added to a DHCP server 30b. Then, a DHCP server 30 (30b) at which the transfer information arrived at the end selects a DHCP server 30 whose response time is the shortest, and transmits network setting information on the selected DHCP server 30 (30b) to the VM 40b.
