Title:
HEAT TRANSFER PIPE WITH INNER SURFACE GROOVE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3199636
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat transfer pipe having an inner surface groove in which a superior heat transfer performance can be realized irrespective of a flowing direction of refrigerant fluid and influence against the heat transfer performance caused by a flowing direction of the refrigerant fluid can be reduced.
SOLUTION: At least four even number of imaginary interface lines 14a to 14d extending in a pipe axial direction are formed at an inner surface of a pipe. Many grooves 12 are inclined from each of the imaginary interface lines 14a to 14d toward both adjacent imaginary interface lines 14a to 14d holding it in a predetermined angle in respect to the pipe axis, wherein both side grooves 12 continuously formed in a circumferential direction are inclined in an opposite direction to each other with the imaginary interface lines 14a to 14d being held therebetween and they are made such that a ratio 2d/D between twice the groove depth (d) of each of these grooves 12 and an inter-pipe maximum diameter D may become 0.05-0.1.
